Loihde Trust Spellpoint Ltd merges with Loihde Trust Ltd on 31 December 2022
We are joining forces with our sister companies in order to be able to serve customers even better than before, and hence we will merge with Loihde Trust Ltd on 31 December 2022. This means that from the beginning of 2023, we will be a part of the company Loihde Trust Ltd.
The change does not affect our cooperation, neither does it require any action from our customers. Our services will continue unchanged, and we are also able to offer other information security services in addition to IAM in the future. Our agreements will be transferred to Loihde Trust Ltd in accordance with the Terms of Agreement.
Loihde Trust Ltd’s business ID is 0863729-2.
